Disputes

Although very rare, in case of a dispute over who should have control and access to an account, we reserve the right to make what we consider to be best decision in the situation and our decision is final. Any refunds will have recommendation fees subtracted.

Recommendation Cash Back Scheme

If you are signed up to the recommendation cash back scheme, this must only be used for legitimate accounts with ethical business practices, we reserve the right not to pay cash backs if this is not the case and also to withdraw the scheme at any time.
